Looking up, looking down

They change with the light is a series of works that reflect the viewer within them in a myriad of ways. Their mirrored surfaces are never viewed the same way twice, constantly camouflaging and shapeshifting within their environments. They feel water-like, alive, gushingly blurred, and still all at the same time. They are self-reflexive, an open embracing of unobtainable objectivity, an ‘unplace’ to consider our mode of viewing. We should all be reminded that whatever we face in this life, is merely a mirror greeting us, asking us how well we really know ourselves and what we want to see.
